UK: New “Shipwreck Coast” Theme Area at Chessington World of Adventures Opens Today

With two new rides and other previously existing, upgraded and redesigned attractions, the new “Shipwreck Coast” theme area at Chessington World of Adventures (the animal & theme park resort located in the Greater London area and operated by Merlin Entertainments) officially opens to visitors today. The two new additions are a Watermania attraction – dubbed “Barrel Bail Out!” and challenging guests to empty barrels full of water as quickly as possible – and an interactive Rockin’ Tug, previously installed at another park and now called “Trawler Trouble”. Both attractions come from Italian manufacturer Zamperla.
