UK: Thorpe Park to Open I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! Maze Attraction

Thorpe Park Resort near Chertsey in Surrey, England will expand its leisure offer next season by adding a special jungle maze attraction. “I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!” is the reality TV show that is lending its name to the new experience developed in partnership with ITV Studios. Inspired by the TV show, the new maze attraction will lead visitors of the amusement park through the jungle and confront them with numerous trials and missions with the goal to be crowned King or Queen of the jungle at the end. Tunnels, crawly corridors, dark caves, a vibrating bridge walkway and shower cubicles await visitors, who must be eight years or older to be able to take part in the jungle adventure. While the season starts officially on 12 March, the opening of the new jungle maze is scheduled for 27 March. (eap)
