UK: Warner Bros. Studio Tour Celebrates 20 Years of “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”
Twenty years ago, the first Harry Potter film, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”, was released in British cinemas. To mark the anniversary, visitors to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour near London can now rediscover the magic of the first film in the series in the original studios and in the new Harry Potter photo exhibition in Covent Garden. From the “Cupboard under the Stairs” to the “Great Hall” and the “Mirror Nerhegeb”, guests and fans can immerse themselves in the authentic settings from the Harry Potter films on site and marvel at original costumes and props up close. The photo exhibition will also feature original costumes from the productions as well as exclusive “behind the scenes” images from the filming.
The Warner Bros. Studio Tour is located about 30 kilometers from central London, at Warner Bros. Studios in Leavedsen, where all eight Harry Potter films were shot. (eap)
