USA: Premier Parks Acquires Valcartier-Calypso Group Resort and Water Parks

As it was recently announced, US-based operating company Premier Parks takes over Canada’s Valcartier-Calypso Group. The acquisition also includes the takeover of the leisure and vacation destinations operated by Valcartier: the Calypso Theme Waterpark, Hotel Valcartier, Bora Parc, Valcartier Vacances Village, Valcartier Water Park, Hôtel de Glace, Valcartier Winter Playground and Camping Valcartier.
