USA: Staff Changes at SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc.
Since the beginning of this month, SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc., operator of eleven theme parks across the USA, has a new Chief Financial Officer. The company’s Board of Directors has appointed Peter J. Crage for this position, who replaces Interim CFO Marc. G. Swanson. Crage joins the team with more than 30 years of experience. Most recently, he served as CFO at Extended Stay America, Inc. and previously at Cedar Fair, L.P. An additional change in staff will be made with effect from September 8, 2015 with Anthony Esparza taking over the position as Chief Creative Officer. Most recently, Esparza served as Senior Vice President, Guest Experiences, Design and Development for Herschend Enterprises. “Peter and Anthony are strong and important additions to our leadership team as we continue to drive improvement in the Company’s performance, competitive position and shareholder value.
